Senior Compliance Specialist Duties: Acts as the liaison and contact point between the company and its physician partners, consistently delivering an enriched customer experience, whilst ensuring that all interactions and contractual arrangements are established and managed in a compliant and ethical manner. Overriding passion for consistently delivering excellence in customer service and an unwavering commitment to operating in an ethical and compliant manner. Members of this team will be results-oriented, self-starters, who are committed to achieving objectives in a timely and effective manner. Development, maintenance, review and approval of the documentation related to consulting arrangements with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) Review and approval of Sponsorships and Exhibits to ensure compliance with Wright's policies Review of ARC and/or GRC submissions for accuracy, completeness, and readiness for submission to the committee Recording and formalizing ARC minutes. The tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators for assigned activities. Modification, drafting and implementation of policies and procedures needed to appropriately manage risk, or as required by legal and regulatory compliance requirements. Communicating with various levels of the company and HCP/HCOs to ensure necessary accurate information is obtained to develop and manage the physician arrangement process, from consultant qualification to payment for approved services. Obtaining and maintaining a working knowledge of WMT policies, the CIA, AdvaMed Code and federal regulations and communicating such policies to the field, upon request. Taking the lead in departmental projects and mentoring new Specialists.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or legal areas or relevant experience. 5-10 years' experience in Compliance, Medical Education, Contracting, Marketing or Professional Affairs in the Medical or related Industry. Paralegal experience and / or clinical contract experience a plus. Proven ability working with internal and external individuals Preferred to have strong working knowledge of the Healthcare industry Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office programs.
