Loan Servicing Team Lead Duties: Responsible for ensuring that loan documentation, collateral reviews are consistent with the terms of the Loan Commitments. Assist Manager with workflow oversight, approvals and reporting. Responsible for review of multifamily commercial loan documentation – ensuring that it is consistent and in compliance with Loan Commitments and Freddie Mac requirements. Supports Manager in the review and approval of team’s work product. Assists Manager in the development of processes to support new products/complex transactions. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Interacts with senior customer personnel. Supports training both within the team as well as with the customer. Supports Manager with team assignments and acts as a resource to team helping to address and resolve issues.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred. Typically has 8-10 years related experience. Commercial closing and/or paralegal experience preferred. Preferred: Able to work directly with all levels of management. Exceptional communication skills are required (verbal and written)Paralegal experience. Work independently without continuous direction or overseeing. Must be organized and able to multitask to meet competing deadlines. Ability to deliver exceptional business results in a team environment. Must be able to meet tight deadlines on a consistent basis.
