Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work directly with firm's attorneys to prepare for upcoming cases, get involved in fact-finding projects and be responsible for developing and maintaining an index system for all case files. Will also be responsible for responding and propounding to discovery. Also be responsible for calendaring all of the attorneys appearances, all deadlines, also be assisting with any other office duties. Create reports for attorneys based on case specifications and attorney requests. Propound and respond to discovery in a timely fashion. Prepare deposition notices. Work with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and other case filing. Manage and help further develop a case file indexing system that can be used as an active archive for all ongoing and completed cases. Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and submit reports on pertinent changes. Create and manage personal injury litigation case files. Must have 1+ year of experience working as a paralegal (Personal Injury Experience Preferred). Bilingual (Spanish and English) Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies is preferred. Excellent communication and organization abilities is required.
