Practice Support Analyst Duties: Responsible for promoting the effective use of Practice Support applications by providing user support and technical assistance with designing, developing, implementing and maintaining databases in the various imaging and database retrieval packages currently issued by the Firm. Reports to the Manager of Practice Support Operations. Assisting with performing all database administrative functions associated with the use and implementation of Viewpoint, iConect, Westlaw Case Notebook (LiveNote), CaseMap, TimeMap, and IPRO, such as creating databases, assigning user accounts, assisting legal teams with litigation document management, providing on-going technical support and training to all legal team members using practice support applications, assisting legal teams with preparation of courtrooms for electronic trial preparations using Trial Director, and gathering, processing and production of electronic data and documents.
Qualification and Experience
Candidate must have at least a 2-year associate’s degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA qualified program, and 4+ years of relevant experience. Must be able to travel to client sites and trial sites when needed.
