ProfileRegional Account Manager The candidate will manage client relationships by building and maintaining a positive relationship with key client contacts at all levels. Will evaluate client’s case management needs and match with product solutions. Troubleshoot and source appropriate support channels internally and monitor progress of all tasks through regular follow-up and escalation as necessary. Conduct client training on new programs/products - including user group meetings. Assist sales force in identifying new opportunities with existing clients and developing new business. Perform project management functions. Implement new products and programs. Work closely with TCMS production team to resolve client reported issues. Review and analyze reported issues. Assist with special projects as assigned by management. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 3+ years customer service experience is required. Bankruptcy or paralegal experience is a plus. Experience in handling and analyzing data flow through multiple systems is essential. Should have successful experience managing multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
