Paralegal Duties: Will serve as a Loss Mitigation Analyst and be responsible for investigating defaulted assets, providing a road map to recovery, and navigating and reporting on the recovery process. Monitor loss mitigation workout performance and loss severity trends. Effectively implement and communicate loss mitigation decisions. Monitor and manage bankruptcy activities and functions. Liaise with outside attorneys, collection agencies and other vendors that support the loss mitigation effort. Maintain delinquency and loss mitigation reporting including trend analysis and assessment.

Qualification and Experience

Qualification Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is desired. Should be comfortable working under tight timelines and be able to multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong communication skills are a must as will be communicating with outside counsel and clients. Strong organization, decision-making and negotiation skills. Demonstrated analytical and reasoning skills.
