ProfileClient Service The candidate will handle incoming requests via phone and email from Clients and ensuring issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. Will handle client request and thoroughly educate them on company procedures. Provide Quality service in areas of handling inquires, troubleshooting and account assistance. Accurately assist Clients in compliance with State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Expedite Records requests with Custodians when required by Clients. Paralegal degree and/or certification is preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations/Privacy Laws is needed. Must have two years of degree. Experience working in a client facing is advantageous. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook) is essential. Knowledge and understanding of Meta Records 8 (preferred, will provide training) is needed.
