Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: 5 years as a Legal Assistant in a law firm or legal department. Experience with real estate transactions and examining title commitments is strongly preferred. 5+ years as a Title Examiner in the real estate industry in lieu of legal experience would be considered. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, database and document management. Certification as a legal assistant or paralegal is a plus. Experience performing due diligence and title research is strongly preferred. A strong customer service orientation with tact and professionalism to work with many kinds of personalities.
