"Proceed with Caution"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

Be upfront with new staff and put them in positions where they can succeed. It does nobody good to skimp on training and explanation.

Pros : The firm is in a great location. There are a few choices for lunch and lifestyle located nearby.
Cons : Turnover was extremely high while I was at Cades Schutte. It did not seem that upper management was interested in investing in young employees.
