Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate will serve the needs of expanding and diverse litigation practice. Some of the tasks will include docketing, case management, document review and production, client communications and the coordination of our team in meeting the client's needs. General office duties, including answering phone calls, managing attorney calendars and scheduling appointments, drafting legal documents and correspondence, filing, and organization projects in a fast-paced environment. Provide litigation support, involving such activities as developing and maintaining files and reports; routing complaints to appropriate parties; drafting/coordinating responses to interrogatories, requests for documents, fact investigations and discovery responses, interviews, document reviews/gathering/ productions/indexing. Coordinate, track and communicate the initiation, status and completion of projects to ensure timely satisfaction of legal requirements and business objectives. Perform legal research as requested by attorneys. Communicate with internal clients and outside counsel.

A Bachelor's Degree required in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience in corporate or private legal practice. 5+ years of paralegal experience in commercial litigation. Experience with prioritizing and handling numerous competing demands in a high volume and fast pace environment. Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office as well as the ability to learn and use proprietary computer systems and databases. Exceptional interpersonal skills, a commitment to professionalism, integrity and collegiality, and the ability to work on a wide range of legal matters.
