Paralegal Duties: Support the Attorneys by drafting legal documents and preparing cases for trial. Log complaints. Prepare tender letters. Review, organize and maintain document and case files. Review incoming motions, complaints, orders and disclosure. Drafting responses to same. Prepare affidavits and other legal documents. Prepare drafts of briefs or arguments for review, approval and use by Attorney.. Review and file pleadings. Summarize, analyze and organize document production. Schedule expert testimony and maintain records of same. Compile reports for deposition and/or trial. Search for and study legal documents in order to investigate facts and laws of specific case(s). Obtain pro hac vice admissions for Attorney as needed. Monitor and report billable.

Qualifications: Degree in Paralegal Studies and/or. Certificate of Paralegal Studies. Previous experience in asbestos litigation is highly recommended. Advanced knowledge of legal terminology. Effective organization skills. Knowledge of basic office equipment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
