Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: The candidate shall support the Litigation area in a variety of Paralegal activities. Manage complex litigation files, review documents for relevance, confidentiality, privilege etc. Prepare witness files, participate in and oversee document productions. Manage large amounts of documents, work with Concordance and other database applications. Coordinate OCR/imaging activities with our Electronic Discovery Services Department and outside vendors. Various analytical projects, as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: The candidate should have a BA degree required. Paralegal certificate from ABA approved paralegal program preferred. 4+ years experience required. Experience working with various aspects of large case litigation (document/productions/reviews, preparation of privilege logs, preparation of witness files, trial experience, etc.) Must be computer literate. Experience using Concordance or other litigation-related computer applications required. Knowledge of MS Office Suite 2007 is required. Must be detail-oriented, able to work under deadline pressure. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload. Must possess strong problem-solving skills and understand/follow written/oral instructions.
