Part-time Administrative Assistant The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Paralegal within the Division of Finance and Facilities. Will primarily provide contract support and work with the contact management software system. Follow up with customers, hospital contracts, update status reports, coordinate signatures on agreements, send customers and program coordinators fully signed agreements, and respond to general emails. Assist with contract uploads; create company and contract profiles, research existing contracts, create and maintain reports, and other miscellaneous items as needed. General filing, answer phones and take messages, daily mail distribution, prepare letters and spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Must have 2+ years’ experience serving in an administrative support role. Should have High School diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree is preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Internet skills is essential. Advanced computer skills helpful.
