Paralegal Responsibilities: Provide support to litigation. Track documentation and procedural developments in numerous administrative proceedings and commercial litigation. Follow-up with insurance companies and adverse parties. Schedule depositions and subsequent coordination. Assist with e-filing court documents. Assist with maintaining on-site litigation files. Proof documents and ensure proper processing.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. 1+ year of paralegal experience in a general practice law office is required; experience in litigation is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PACER E-filing required. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication. Must be able to effectively multi-task, autonomously manage time sensitive documents and utilize exceptional organizational skills. Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team oriented environment. Military experience a plus.
