Paralegal Duties: Prepare and review legal documents such as client, vendor, advertising, and non-disclosure agreements. Organize and maintain legal documents in company’s contract management system. Conduct research on both U.S. and international laws. Work with business units to determine the relevant details of new business relationships. Draft correspondence to customers and vendors.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 4-5 years’ experience working as a paralegal. Certificate in paralegal studies is preferred. Corporate legal experience is a plus. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products. Experience with a contract management system is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to understand complex agreements.
