Subrogation Paralegal Responsibilities : The candidate shall have drafting/compiling information for discovery responses, pleadings, and motions. Document management. Assisting in coordinating scene examinations, witness investigation and trial preparation. Coordination with and management of outside technical experts. Scheduling tasks and general file maintenance.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements : The candidate shall have a college degree and strong writing skills are required. The candidate should have 2-3+ years of civil litigation experience with knowledge/experience of state and federal courts, rules of civil procedure, and e-filing; a paralegal certificate; or other relevant experience.The candidate must be a detail-oriented multi-tasker and have the ability to work independently and under time constraints. The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong computer skills also required.
