Patent Attorney The candidate will prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications in the fields of computer science and electrical engineering. The firm represents Silicon Valley’s top emerging growth clients working on the cutting edge of a wide range of technologies, including network technology, software, data storage, Internet applications, computer and network security, machine learning, wireless and other communications, and digital signal processing. Should have a technical background. Previous experience in patent prosecution is desirable. Should be passing the Patent Bar and becoming registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Should have a strong technical background, good writing and communications skills.A degree in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent experience is preferred.
