Review:

"has potential"

Former Employee - Reviewed on May 18, 2018

The firm may benefit from a 360 degree evaluation (associates evaluating partners) as there are clearly disturbing trends that allows problematic partners to stay.

Pros : The firm has potential and has some good friendly people. It is a good firm in general and is aggressive in its growth. It likes to think long term and generally is fiscally conservative (which is good given the changing legal landscape).
Cons : The politicking at the firm is somewhat infamous to those who are at the firm - with some terrible partners not treating (let alone managing) associate well. There are also big discrepancies in pay depending on group. Morale can be low among associates.
