Part-time Temporary Program / Senior Program Associate Responsibilities: Devise, manage, and coordinate technical assistance to program sites in the form of peer-to-peer on-site training programs, webinars, conference calls, surveys, phone consultations, and other means as appropriate; Continuously identify promising practices among subcontractors and devise ways to disseminate information about such practices to encourage implementation elsewhere; Conduct site visits of program sites, which includes plane travel and driving, and draft site visit evaluations; Develop and maintain relationships with project partners; Creatively brainstorm solutions for challenges experienced by program sites; Coordinate development and review of legal orientation materials (in English and Spanish) and provide meaningful feedback; Manage the work of junior project staff and interns; and Assist on other projects as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

Qualification: Should have a JD degree with 2-4 years of legal, government, or policy work experience (including internships). Experience representing detained immigrants is a strong plus; and Experience with “know your rights” and other community education initiatives are a strong plus.
