ProfileTemporary Attorney The candidate will assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in the US. Will work with client global mobility personnel and the office of general counsel to prepare petitions and applications for submission to USCIS and the DOL for non-immigrant and immigrant status for foreign national employees. Support clients in immigration program management and compliance. Supervise the work of paralegal staff in record-keeping and document preparation. Should have a J.D. degree and be a member of State Bar (MA preferred). Must have 2+ years of business immigration experience. RFE Response, PERM, H1-B experience a plus. Note: The candidate will provide support to a team for a period of at least 90 days or longer.
