New York City office of our client seeks intellectual property attorney with 3-4 years of experience. The candidate should have a PhD in molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, or biochemistry. A Master's degree in one of those disciplines in combination with relevant industry experience will be considered. Should have experience in patent prosecution. Experience in patent litigation and/or PTAB proceedings is a plus. Should be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
