Assistant General Counsel A Duties: Responsible for providing legal services in support. Drafts and analyzes contracts affecting the healthcare operations of the organization, including clinical affiliation, clinical research, supply chain, payor and other agreements. Provides legal advice in the areas of clinical affiliation and clinical research and institutional review board (IRB). Prepares, reviews, and edits legal documents and filings. Conducts legal research and analysis. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited law school. Superior academic performance. Admission to state bar association required. 1+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in health law. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and display flexibility in a fast paced and changing work environment. Technical proficiency in Word and database management.
