Qualification and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS: Senior Attorney must have a bachelor’s degree, a law degree, a license to practice law in the State of Texas. 10+ years' experience. 5+ years' legal and managerial experience in increasingly responsible positions with a law firm or corporate legal department dealing with both for-profit and non-profit organizations and the healthcare industry required. 3+ years of experience in general health care law. Experience in delivering legal services for clients in an integrated health care setting. must have a clear understanding of the internal needs of management, employees and medical staff members and must provide or organize appropriate legal resources for successful implementation of strategic plans.
