Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Juris Doctorate degree. Should have 5+ years of legal experience in health care regulatory and transactional practices. Understanding of the managed health care industry preferred, including knowledge of ERISA, federal and state anti-kickback and self-referral laws, HIPAA and Medicare Part D regulations. Experience working with the pharmacy and pharmacy benefits management industries preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
