ProfilePAC Director The candidate will join Government and Industry Affairs (GAIA) office. Will assist in implementing and managing multifaceted PAC campaign and political resources (including executing strategy by meeting deadlines, oversight of contract employees/vendors, operating an ambassadors program, and multi-level cascade solicitation). Also manage the administration of firm’s lobbying while other responsibilities may include: Communicating with relevant internal and external audiences (including senior executive level) on PAC activities, status reports, and strategic plans; Attending political and public policy events as appropriate, including Trade Associations and Providing general government affairs support as needed by function.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelors Degree in Law or Political Science and 3+ years of experience in the Advocacy or Political or Public Policy area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5+ years of experience in the Advocacy or Political or Public Policy area. Must have knowledge of federal, state, and local election laws and requirements. Experience conducting PAC fundraising solicitations involving multiple executive level communications, operating a PAC ambassador program, creating new and engaging content is preferred. Working knowledge of Lobby Disclosure Act reporting requirements and House and Senate ethics rules (HLOGA) is preferred. Experience working in government or political operation and/or corporate government affairs is preferred. Experience organizing candidate fundraising events is preferred.
