Manager of Compliance Duties: Ensures the organization is in compliance with all Federal and State compliance and regulatory requirements. Research and development of current and upcoming compliance expectations and development of Renown policies and procedures. Assist with any audit preparations including internal, external and Federal/State audits. Manages the annual Conduct Compliance Risk Assessments and Compliance Reviews. Examines and reviews departmental policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. Develops and implements compliance policies and procedures. Assesses, improves and streamlines existing compliance programs. Develops new compliance programs. Develops compliance auditing and monitoring plans. Develops and delivers compliance training programs and communications. Leads auditing and monitoring projects to address specific healthcare compliance risks. Investigates and resolves compliance issues. Develops compliance analysis and reporting.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or other related field is required. Preferred Master’s degree, J.D. Degree, or other advanced degree. CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance), CHPC (Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance) or CCEP (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) preferred. 8+ years healthcare related compliance experience. Demonstrates high levels of communication from all level of internal and external audiences. Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
