Corporate Compliance Specialist Billing & Coding The Candidate will perform internal compliance audits including, but not limited to, billing and coding data and medical record documentation, to maintain compliance with federal, state and other third party payor requirements. Will ensure that compliance policies and procedures are being followed and that behavior in the organization meets standards set forth in Standards of Conduct.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience in a healthcare environment; background in billing, coding or auditing, preferably in a compliance role desired; demonstrate expertise in current compliance, regulatory and legal issues. JD Degree, Esq., or certification in medical coding or certification in internal audit preferred. Must have strong analytical and organizational skills/experience.
