Compliance Counsel Duties: Choose engagements, manage workload and control your work-life balance. Work directly with business leaders and their teams to solve problems, implement initiatives, and drive change. Help leading companies execute their legal, risk management, and regulatory initiatives. Combine national law firm and in-house legal department experience to bring value-added expertise to clients. Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Graduate of top tier law school. Admitted to practice in California. 5+ years of experience with ethics and compliances matters, such as drafting and ensuring compliance with Codes of Conduct, Conflict of Interest, and other corporate policies and procedures; partnering with Human Resources on internal investigations and training, and responding to escalated ethics hotline complaints required. Additional experience advising on privacy and data security matters A PLUS. Law firm and/or in-house experience required. Demonstrated track record of positive impact in all positions held. Ability to respond effectively and quickly to clients’ needs and issues. Ability and desire to work within a team environment. Highly professional with superior verbal and written communications skills.
