Contract and Compliance Administrator Duties: Ensure proper approvals and authorization requirements are maintained. Engage with business stakeholders and act as a liaison between departments in the review and overall management of contracts. Identify processes needing improvement and to drive continuous improvements. Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status. Attend in-house meetings to understand and participate in new project initiatives. Coordinate with the company’s sales, legal and finance departments. Requires strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Exercise mature judgement and work autonomously.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. JD Degree preferred. 1-2 years of in contract compliance or contract life-cycle management preferred. Advanced interpersonal skills, strength in communicating in a multi-cultural environment with all levels of employees, management and executives. Ability to maintain confidential company information. Excellent communication, presentation, time management, organizational, decision making, and problem solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Desire to learn and advance.
