International Trade & Regulatory - Staff Attorney The candidate will handle an array of antidumping, countervailing, and other trade remedy cases, and has an active customs practice engaged on customs penalty and liquidated damages cases, prior disclosures, binding ruling requests, protests, and audits with an emphasis on disputes and compliance matters involving tariff classification, valuation, and free trade agreements.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials 2+ years’ experience in trade remedy and customs matters. Experience in export controls and sanctions (EAR, ITAR, OFAC) will also be valued by this full service international trade practice. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Resume and law school transcript must be included with application materials.

There is a need for a much better trained leader and management team. The office environment could use some encouragement. The hard working employees should be recognized for their work.

Pros : An environment in which several benefits are offered. The salary is decent. Some of the workers are devoted to the work they perform.
