ProfileGovernment Contracts Lawyer The candidate will handle supplement its existing collaborative and comprehensive team of former senior government officials, former senior legal and business executives of major government contractors, former federal prosecutors, and private practitioners with decades of experience at the cutting edge of procurement law with energetic, enthusiastic, and engaging government contracts lawyers who have experience in the following government contracts practice areas: Litigation, including bid protests, disputes, and claims; procurement fraud investigations and related litigation; general counseling on government contracts-related business and regulatory issues, including, but not limited to, government contract formation, compliance, M&A due diligence, data rights and subcontracting.
Qualification and Experience
Junior partner(s)/counsel(s) and associates(s) will be considered. The ideal candidate must be capable of interacting with company executives in key industries, such as manufacturing, information technology, professional services, and life sciences, and possess strong client and business development skills.
Note: Minimum portable practice of $250,000 desirable for the associate/counsel position, and $350,000-500,000 for the counsel/junior partner position.
