Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services Senior - Government Contract Services Duties: Because of the complexities of government accounting, no two projects will be the same. Use skills across the entire spectrum of contract services: allowable costs, audits, business systems, investigations, and termination proposals, to name a few. Advising clients on strategies that help maximize revenue while reducing risk of contract noncompliance. Assist in providing financial analyses to improve your clients contract accounting. Take responsibility for high quality execution and delivery of specific parts of a GCS engagement. Develop yourself and others through seeking and offering on-the-job coaching. Oversee multiple projects ensuring the work meets the client’s needs. Use technology to continually learn and share your knowledge with other team members. Nurture relationships with professionals in other service lines and seek opportunities to work together. Maintain a strong focus on the client and be responsive to their requests.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or Economics accompanied by 2 years of related work experience. A Certified Public Accountant license. Experience at a professional services firm working with government contracting clients. Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) requirements. Experience managing Staff on multiple projects. Strong knowledge of PC-based tools, such as Access and Excel.
