ProfileDebt Finance Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years of finance experience at a comparable law. Must have experience in secured lending transactions representing borrowers or lenders (including syndicated financing transactions, financing transactions for venture backed companies, and/or acquisition financing transactions), and/or convertible note or high yield bond offerings representing issuers or underwriters. Relevant experience would include drafting and negotiating transaction documents (including related legal opinions) and closing responsibilities. Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, debt securities offerings, and general corporate law are also preferred. Must have a JD degree or the equivalent and have demonstrated high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and have a high level of attention to detail.
