Attorney Responsibilities: Performing research and analysis regarding legal issues affecting the Bank, reviewing, drafting and editing documents, and providing legal advice and training to Bank management and staff on issues such as: Banking laws and regulations, and bank applications, General corporate matters, Employment law, Technology Law, Procurement matters, including contracts, Bank and Federal Reserve System operations and policies. Participating in or leading staff training regarding legal and ethics issues as well as law enforcement officer training. Managing litigation.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Graduate of an ABA accredited law school, and has practiced law in at least one state; admission to Missouri Bar preferred. Excellent academic credentials. 5-10 years relevant legal experience. Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently, with little supervision. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others at all levels of an organization. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, verbally (one-on-one and in large groups) and in writing.
