Team Leader - Client Consultation Group The candidate will lead a team of Advanced Case associates who are supporting complex high net worth client engagements in order to better meet client needs and deepen client relationships. Will develop and execute team objectives and drive team performance (feedback, training and coaching) in support of department and firm objectives. Consult with Financial Advisors and their high net worth clients as a subject matter expert on the most advanced financial solutions topics and branch tools utilizing the various channels available within the department such as webinars and field based training meetings. This may also include providing expertise for content development and acting as a subject matter expert for formal training programs lead by the training division. Represent and/or lead department on division and firm-wide committees and projects.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have 7+ years of experience in respective area or financial services industry. Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree preferred. State Life and health insurance licenses must be obtained within 6 months of hire. All securities licenses (Series 7, 24, &and66) must be obtained within 6 months. Previous formal or informal leadership experience is required. CFP designation required, CFA, JD, CPA or CLU preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to make complex information easy to understand.
