Private Banking Regional Sales Manager The candidate will be responsible for leading a high performing sales team to meet or exceed revenue goals for Private Banking in an assigned market. This is a Senior Leadership “player/coach” role within the region, accountable for significant team and individual loan and deposit growth. Drive expansion and development of relationships through cross selling of other related Company products and services. Champion consistent delivery of Private Banking standards, oversee work flow and processes to ensure standards and controls are in place for effective and profitable operation of the business line. Exhibit proven leadership skills, collaboration and teamwork, and strong communication skills. Demonstrate the ability to lead and coach associates to exceed sales and business goals. 7+ years experience in financial service management and sales combined with a broad knowledge of consumer, commercial, investment management and loans required. Advanced degree, Bachelor or Masters, strongly preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Knowledge of tax laws, estate planning and financial planning required. Must be focused on industry and competitive trends and exhibit a proactive approach to product and technology needs to remain relevant to our clients. Advanced designation of CFP, CWS, ChFC, CPA, JD, in addition to a sub-specialty expertise in a financial topic highly desired. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the Safe Act of 2008.
