VP, Compliance PMO Responsibilities: Will be responsible for scope, planning, communication, and project management for projects supporting the enhancement of company’s compliance framework. Projects span multiple teams, projects, locations, deliverables, and involve complex technologies. Will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, define, and verify current and future control solutions to manage risks and improve the compliance program. Will drive execution of remediation plans and work in measuring and improving current processes and designs to facilitate increased efficiency and execution. Will have deep experience and understanding of technology, project management, change management, and organizational dynamics; able to navigate the organization, and act as a change agent and partner with stakeholders.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree (JD, MBA) desirable. 7+ years of experience in banking, regulatory, consulting, legal or other compliance and control-related function in the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of compliance risk management practices. Experience and proficiency in the Financial Services compliance and/or regulatory environment. Demonstrated ability in leading projects within compliance or technology environments that highlight compliance needs. Deep knowledge of project management process and project management tools/ techniques. Adept at developing compliance reporting and metrics.
