Transaction Services Administrator The candidate will provide support the teammates of the assigned unit within the Investor Servicing Group. Perform-set up, monitor, review and analyze loan data and reports related to commercial real estate assets within the Loan Administration area. Deliver the highest level of service to investors, borrowers, and vendors while ensuring compliance with government regulations and/or firm policy. Perform various tasks related to office management, document management, transaction processing, data capture and various requirements of the Loan Administration Services area. Responsibilities may cover any one of a number of tasks; verifying and paying property tax bills, resolving escrow accounts, processing transaction postings and disbursements to loans, administering pay-offs, forbearance agreements and modifications, lockbox processing, and assisting in the timely processing of UCC filings. Review reports from the loan servicing system using appropriate database tools to monitor documents and compliance. Work with internal and external resources to prepare and file documents pursuant to Policies and Procedures as well as applicable jurisdictional requirements. Perform loan system set-up of new loans and input for such items as property tax set up packages. Verify input for accuracy. Scan necessary documents into electronic storage databases using index/categorization. Achieve at minimum department annual hours for industry training. Participate in various department initiatives as assigned. Review current processes and recommend process improvement as appropriate to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements : The candidate should have a High School degree or equivalent related work experience. 2 year degree or academic achievement in Real Estate, Law, Finance or Management. Possess basic subject matter expertise for compliance and operational risks and control activities within assigned lending processes. Experience in Commercial Real Estate title, escrow, closing and/or paralegal experience. Prior CRE loan servicing, financial services operations and/or mortgage or insurance experience. Experience with Enterprise LMS servicing platform or other Commercial Loan Servicing System. Strong organizational skills. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced team environment. Good customer service skills and the ability to forge relationships. Strong PC skills, including a demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office applications. Experience in Commercial Real Estate title, escrow, closing and/or paralegal experience. Eligible to manage or perform loan origination or servicing functions under Mortgage Investor or government agency guideline requirements.
