Lien Release Coordinator-ISG - Commercial Real Estate The candidate will provide support to teammates of their assigned unit within the Investor Servicing Group, a function of the Cohen Financial Division of bank. Will perform-set up, monitor, review and analyze loan data and reports related to commercial real estate assets within the Loan Administration area. Deliver the highest level of service to investors, borrowers, and vendors while ensuring compliance with government regulations and/or policy. Perform various tasks related to document management, transaction processing, data capture and various requirements of the Loan Administration Services area. Produce and review reports from the loan servicing system using appropriate database tools to monitor various items such as compliance and lien releases and satisfaction of documents as well as UCC requirements. Responsibilities may cover the coordination and processing of transaction postings and disbursements to loans, administration of pay-offs, forbearance agreements and modification postings, the timely processing of UCC filings including UCC-1 original filings and searches to ensure the perfection of security interests and minimize risk exposure. Work with internal and external resources to prepare and file documents pursuant to Policies and Procedures as well as applicable jurisdictional requirements. Scan necessary documents into electronic storage databases using index/categorization. Achieve minimum department annual hours for industry training. Complete special projects and participate in various department initiatives as assigned. Review current processes and recommend process improvement as appropriate to enhance productivity and efficiency. Should have 2-year College degree or equivalent related work experience and strong organizational skills. Should have professional written and verbal communication skills and strong PC skills, including a demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Should have 3+ years of CRE title, escrow, closing and/or paralegal experience. Should be eligible to manage or perform loan origination or servicing functions under Mortgage Investor or government agency guideline requirements. College Degree or academic achievement in Real Estate, Law, Finance or Management is preferred. Basic subject matter expertise for compliance and operational risks and control activities within assigned lending processes is preferred. Prior CRE loan servicing, financial services and/or mortgage or insurance experience is preferred. Prior experience with Enterprise LMS servicing platform or other Commercial Loan Servicing Systems is preferred.
