Foreclosure Attorney The candidate should be highly motivated Spanish-speaking Foreclosure Defense and Consumer Bankruptcy Associate Attorney admitted in NY and NJ for our Litigation Department located in White Plains, New York. Should have at least 2-3 years experience in representing either banks or borrowers in Foreclosure cases, including foreclosure settlement conferences, case management conferences and mediations. Must be capable of handling all aspects of foreclosure defense litigation. Must be able to prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs as needed. Responsibilities will include interpreting laws, legislation or regulations, analyzing data, legal questions and existing evidence or facts and drafting legal documents. Must be able to direct cases through litigation cycle, review new files for coverage, and develop a cost effective defense strategy. Must possess extensive experience in all areas of the foreclosure defense/real estate process and be able to attend Court as necessary. Must be a team player, reliable, have interpersonal skills and demonstrate abilities to work directly with clients, develop and execute service strategies, and work under pressure.
