Staff Attorney The candidate will be responsible for representing survivors of domestic violence with their immigration petitions and provide assistance in family law disputes and at restraining order hearings. Must have a demonstrated passion and commitment to public interest law and prior experience serving low-income individuals and client groups, with a sensitivity to those in crisis. Must be licensed and eligible to practice law in California with 3+ years of experience in immigration law and/or defending victims of domestic violence. Must possess strong research and organizational skills; the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing; and well-developed analytical skills. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Armenian, Chinese, or Farsi is strongly preferred.
