ProfileStaff Attorney The candidate will represent the State of Wyoming in legal actions to establish paternity and support for children and enforce child support obligations. Make frequent appearances in court, review and approve legal documents and work closely with child support staff to implement efficient processes and policies for the local programs. Provide legal direction to child support staff as needed for the preparation of necessary legal documents and review/edit such documents and correspondence for accuracy. Ensure contract compliance and timeliness. Attend all court hearing for all assigned counties. Establish and nurture rapport with judges, clerks of court and all staff. Ensure the confidentiality and safekeeping of information. All other duties as assigned. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Wyoming. Excellent: computer skills; written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.
