Our client is seeking an attorney that has at least three years of employment litigation and counseling work for a permanent associate role in their New York City Office. 

Experience before NY and federal courts as well as adjudicative agencies is required as is a NY bar license and superior academic and writing credentials.

The qualified Labor and Employment Associate Attorney’s will have the following experience:

1)      Drafting of EEOC position statements

2)      Conducting witness interviews and depositions and depositions

3)      Preparation of employment and severance agreements

4)      Counseling on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies, and assisting clients with employment training programs
