ProfileChicago office of our client seeks employee benefits and executive compensation attorney with 2-4 years of ERISA experience at a nationally recognized law firm, accounting firm, or government agency. The candidate will be expected to contribute to a wide variety of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including drafting, negotiating and counseling on compensation arrangements, welfare benefit programs, ERISA Title 1 issues, and mergers and acquisitions. Will serve as a key team member and contact person for many of the firm's practice areas, including corporate and securities, real estate, financial services, commercial finance, employment, restructuring and tax. Must be Bar licensed or eligible for admission on waiver in the office location of application. Accounting or consulting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
