This firm should considering upping the pay for their employees. It may not be in the budget, but good employees will leave and find better opportunities elsewhere.Pros : I had such a great experience working for Williams Parker. This firm really taught me how to do my job well and offered me promotions and better advancement within my first 6 months of working there.
