The candidate will be responsible for handling employment law litigation on behalf of the clients. Will be providing legal advice and guidance on employment law issues, which include ADA, FMLA, wage/hour, EEO, corrective actions, employment compliance and other areas requiring legal counsel to avoid or mitigate risks. Attending hearings, mediations and other duties as assigned. Must be well-versed in the rules of evidence and introducing evidence. Should be a Member in good standing of the New York State Bar, while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements. Must have knowledge of current ADA, EEO and FMLA and wage/hour defense.
