Labor Attorney The candidate will work on complex labor matters. Will represent clients before regulatory agencies and in state and federal courts. Will counsel clients on various labor matters.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should be a high performer who can demonstrate superior communication skills; have excellent academic credentials; possess good interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients; be diligent and detail-oriented; and demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively. MO bar required. 7+ years of experience with labor matters. Experience before the NLRB. Additional experience expected in the following areas: client representation in state and federal courts, union representation, knowledge of unfair labor practices and settlement agreements.

Management needs to step in at times and make decisions when employees can't. This will help move meetings and overall work along faster.

Pros : The people I work with at this company are some of the best I have ever worked with. Everyone is so friendly and polite and get along with one another tremendously. Meetings go great with everyone coming up with ideas and supporting everyone's ideas.
Cons : The problem with everyone being so nice at this firm is that it's difficult to make decisions sometimes. People are good at making suggestions, but coming up with a final solution can take a lot of time and effort.
