Mid-level Labor, Employment and Workplace Safety Associate The candidate should preferably have 4-6 years of experience advising and litigating in a wide range of employment and labor issues, including hiring, discipline, termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, non-competition, labor/management relations, and wage and hour matters. Should preferably also have some experience with respect to the employment aspects of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and drafting and reviewing employment policies and employment-related documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements and separation agreements. Strong academic credentials are a prerequisite.
