Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate will handle employment law litigation on behalf of clients. Will provide legal advice and guidance on employment law issues, which include ADA, FMLA, wage/hour, EEO, corrective actions, employment law compliance and other areas requiring legal counsel to avoid or mitigate risks. Travel on as needed basis. Be well-versed in the rules of evidence and introducing evidence. Have direct client contact. Attend hearings, mediations and other duties as assigned. Write agency position statements.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have excellent academic credentials. Should be a member in good standing of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar, while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements. Must have 1-3 years of associate experience. Excellent writing and research skills are needed.
