Director of Legal Recruiting and Professional Development The candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the legal recruiting function across multiple offices for lateral hires, first-year associates, summer associates, and legal interns. This role will also partner with human resources, digital learning and development, and key members of the firmâ€™s hiring and professional development committees to deliver professional development programs and initiatives. In addition, will collaborate with practice group leaders to establish goals and benchmarks for training, and ensure practice specific training needs are met and are in alignment with the professional development needs of the firm. This role may provide additional opportunities to participate on various firm committees, including, serving as a liaison to the Associateâ€™s Council. J.D. is required. Should have 7 years of prior legal or corporate recruitment experience. Knowledge of CLE requirements and experience with LawCruit or similar applicant tracking software is highly preferred. This position requires strong collaboration skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
